into the most sublime delicacy. Truffles make an exceptional dish yet are very simple to prepare. There are nevertheless a few precautions
to bear in mind. They can be eaten either raw or cooked for short time at a moderate temperature. It is best not to exceed 80°C. Enhanced by fatty substances, they make the perfect accompaniment to cream, eggs, butter or oil.
