Truffle juice 90 ml – Obtained after cooking whole truffles, the juice is a mixture of Tuber Melanosporum and Tuber Brumale truffles. Simply flavoured with salt, this natural juice adds depth of flavour to truffle dishes or to cooking liquids. It can also be used for flavouring sauces, purées and risottos, or sprinkled over meat during cooking.
